The ResCarta Tools software empowers users to create non-proprietary digital objects with LOC standard METS, MODS, and MIX metadata from existing TIFF, JPEG, and PDF data through user-friendly interfaces. The tools are easily installed and run and Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
